Conventional tools remain straight as they exit the working channel. In tight anatomy—or when scope deflection is already maximized—the tool can only follow the scope’s line of aim.
EndoTheia’s proprietary micromachined sheath technology adds independent steering at the distal tool, expanding the reachable workspace and enabling smaller, more precise adjustments at the target through familiar endoscopes.
